there’s a deep (and fairly obvious) reason this network Maxwell-Epstein(-Trump?) has so much energy after so long and why he got such a soft landing judicially and why Maxwell is now getting unethically soft treatment now. powerful people are implicated and none more so than Trump.

I think Roberts may simply not take the case as the seven judge appeals court decision is soundly supported and no additional clarity is necessary: Trump has zero authority to levy tariffs unilaterally even under emergency. Roberts must shore up the Judiciary by supporting the lower courts.
