There’s a word for men like this but I try to only use it in person, preferably to the persons face.

These men are led by a man who has bigger hair than Dolly Parton & wears more makeup, who whines & kvetches more than any Karen. Guys who claim w/a straight face that Donald Trump is manly & virile look like Charlie Kirk or Josh Hawley-creepy youth director types your mom quietly warns you to avoid
