Three questions: do your metro parks have benches? And are they closed after 11? If you take them in NDOT over parks jurisdiction, are you prepared for them to be removed at the discretion of one person?

(He’s the one who suggested that to begin with) one persons discretion also relates to parks unless a group of wealthy people buy it.
