Moncton area is blanketed with smoke from the Long Lake fire in the Annapolis Valley. You can taste it, it burns the eyes and after taking the dog out, I can smell it on my clothes. I have to do stuff in the yard today...good times. #wildfire #NBBluesky
My sources are showing Moncton at a "Moderate" (I work outdoors, so track my local AQ obsessively), but local conditions can decline rapidly. If you have access to an N95 mask, it would be a good idea to put one on - or reschedule the yardwork for another time. It's expected to improve tomorrow.
Sadly the yardwork is time sensitive (sold my hot tub). I think I have an N95 here somewhere, I'm not loving this.
