May I respecfully ask what a poon count is?
Spoon theory for people with chronic fatigue or illness. We measure our energy level with spoons. Each thing we have to do, takes a spoon or 2. When you run out of spoons, it's rest time. I feel it's a good representation of some of the challenges the disabled community faces.
