Heck even within my own team of very-aligned organizers we vocally disagree with eachother all the time. Then we work thru that and end up in a better place because of it.

Plenty of people I work with who I wouldn't want to have a beer with. And plenty of people I'll have a beer with who I'd never work with. Both of those are fine.
