There is one conflicting piece of advice and that’s around data. My interpretation of it is that yes you need data, but it should be relayed as backup to the anecdotal story. Always lead with a story.

Ford’s mistake was not building alternative lanes on side streets BEFORE removing the existing lanes… which I understand is largely not possible given there not being side street configuration to provide an alternative. Maybe tunnel? 🫠
