He is not removing *any* criminals from our country, as far as can be understood. He can't show that any of them are criminals, even with photoshopped "evidence". Also, he's repeatedly rejected congressional efforts to fund the legal machinery to make it happen. He doesn't *want* trials...
Or at any rate Stephen Miller doesn't want them, which comes to the same thing. They know they can't win trials, because they don't have any evidence (beyond unsupported sliming from garbage websites like Canary Mission). They *want* to do it unconstitutionally because it can't work otherwise.
