You are not exactly correct. Jade's father was black & outside of the Big Brother spat with Shilpa Shetty, which was appalling, you'd be very hard pressed to find other racist utterances from her. It was more friction about class and privilege between Jade & Shilpa, and Jade being coarse & gobby.
