♥️ Good call on the rack idea. I like mine a little on the soggier side so I’m good with the grease but the rack basically makes it health food keeping the grease at bay.
Parchment paper is my favorite method in truth, but I’m trying to be less wasteful etc. (Bacon does get a bit crispier that way, too.)
