I'm hard pressed to think of a better time for him to be in Missouri and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the hardworking Dems who are doing quite literally everything they can to stop a hostile takeover of our democracy.
As soon as SCOTUS ends the VRA next year his seat is on the chopping block next. There is no reason he shouldn't be standing with the rest of the Missouri Democrats fighting this
I don't necessarily think that SCOTUS will end the VRA; so far, they've upheld it. However, that doesn't mean he shouldn't do everything he can to represent Missouri's First HD and use his platform to defend our maps.
