I like the idea of a purpose built device. What I don't like is that if one runs flat, that's it. They should be able to act as battery packs for eachother and trade charge with eachother as per USB-C standard, but they don't.

Likewise, the one mp3 player i) crave most based on its design and layout doesn't support bluetooth. I do not WANT touchscreens. I HATE them. I want big mechanical buttons. I love the layout of this thing. I just wish it had Bluetooth 5.3 Other than that, it is PERFECT
I usually use the 2000s Sony e series ones. The one she got set up with just uses AAA batteries
Also wired headphones all day
idk, I like it as a backup but if I'm *walking* somewhere and not *using a bus or a train*, the ability to turn my head freely without catching the cord on my bag has been huge for me.
See I'm not going to lie when I go backpacking that is really annoying.
