Having seriously thought about it, I think this gets around the legal issue.
If they care about this country, why are they using a flag associated with nationalists and not the union jack? We have a flag in my country. Its a very good flag. I feel it still needs the Welsh dragon which would be the most badas part of the flag, but we do indeed have a flag.
