Sorry, San Francisco Bay Area native here — I frickin’ love garlic bread made with sourdough. But, even here in the den of sourdough iniquity, we haven’t managed to suppress the white bread hordes invading our shelves and even, *gasp*, our restaurants and bakeries (the “fancy” version). 🤷🏻♀️
As a Frenchman, this is a declaration of war on carbs itself.
