I hope that combo works out for you. I usually find the Nahvalur Original nibs to be one the dry side, and I remember that ink being dry, too. Have you tried it yet?

Oops, I remembered incorrectly. I reviewed that ink back in 2014, and I wrote that it was on the wetter side and tended to bleed some. That was a long time ago, so I should try it again at some point.

I haven't had any bleeding or feathering that I've noticed. Writing has been clear and crisp (see pic.) The only bleeding was when I tried a blotch test at the bottom of the next page and it bled through. I scratched and used a lot of ink, so of course it did.

Sample writing using Nahvalur medium point original series pens.

Good! That does look like a different ink, though.

Been using them for two months, and I like them. No problem with drying... no skipping when I write. I didn't buy Nahvalur ink because I didn't care for the colors. I bought other brands: Wordsworth & Black, Jacques Herbin, and Waterman. Chose medium point; fine point never works for me.

Medium is my go-to most of the time, too. It’s a solid size that’s useful for lots of things.
