Actually there's real research showing that serious people engage in MORE profanity, so fuck off and get better at arguing back instead of bitching about side issues.

I was commenting on name calling and childishness, not profanity, and was certainly not standing up for Cornel West. Do you have “real research” showing that attacking each other helps build solidarity against fascists?
