For the life of me, I simply do not understand why, after the first two successful rehab games (not that he really needed those, TBH), he wasn't immediately with the big league club last night and today.

The only thing I can think of is that they get such bad press (deservedly) with how they handle injuries so they’re overcorrecting with him. Or you can buy into the complete bullshit about getting his timing back
