To be honest, that the average high school grade for 1993 in the US was 37% is not so surprising. (I presume they made the exams easier since then?) I am surprised you can't graduate early in Canada! Why not? 🤔
Not sure why! Back then you needed to be 19 to take a GED test and that was the only option. Not sure if it has changed. And trump wants that percentage to be lower to have more sheep!!

That 37 percent is closing in on what must be his hard core White supremacist base, for whom a policy of racism and xenophobia is the sole criterion.
I’ll add religious voters for whom “abortion is murder” and “Republicans ban abortion” are the only principles that matter.
