No matter what his mental state, the most important thing is that he had competent people around him. Even if he was inventing the word groceries, the person in charge of each department that ran things was experienced and knew what they were doing.
At some point, the party needs to confront the fact that significant portion of the administration and the DNC were involved in a cover up of how bad Biden was. That choice to protect him was a major factor in losing to Trump. When are we allowed to do that so we don't trust those people again?
