Massachusetts has a millionaires tax now. One of the wealthiest states in the US but only 16k had to pay it. We now have free community college, UMass is free and every kid gets free school meals 12 months a year. Just as a starter. Not exactly a "wealth tax" but a good start.

4% surtax on taxable income. What is the 4% surtax on taxable income over $1 million and do I owe it?
