She didn't call it "cheap." She said it was "cheap for the area," but still unaffordable. Reading comprehension matters

Yeah, the word cheap needs to be comprehended there, by you.
Read. Her. Comment. Again. One would think that you, of all people, would perhaps look at the entirety of the comment and its meaning, rather than choosing words out of context in some sort of "gotcha."
I used “cheap” because that’s what Cuomo used, and I used facts to point out that it was not, in fact, cheap. Perhaps they need AI to summarize it for them.
Exactly, and the most rudimentary reading comprehension would have made that clear.
I lol’d at “date lady” somehow being an insult to me.
Like backing up your argument with factual data is somehow an embarrassing weakness, lol.
Right? Also do they know how much good data analysts get paid?!?!?
Well, can they afford a cheap apartment in NYC, lol
It is weird to sit in Boston and use data to explain a New Yorker's reality to New Yorkers
You seem very committed to the avoidance of admitting a mistake. Data is data, wherever one sits while analyzing it. People accurately analyze data from afar all the time - just ask a Nasa Mars scientist. Please explain what part of her data and analysis of said data is incorrect.
Maybe they think data analysis exists only on the Y chromosome?
🤣 Whattaya gonna do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
As a woman - I have to submit or die. I can leave it alone or continue to be harangued until I can concede they’re right on SOME point. Because they’re NOT wrong, they can’t even say “whoops, I misunderstood!” 1/2
I agree. Seems you should know your own area better than someone who lives 250 or so miles away. But here we are. It helps to have lots of NYC connections, including through family, having grown up, lived and worked there at various times. It’s weirder being a Yankees fan in Boston TBH.
