I intended no censure of you, but of the media Donald Trump's habit of regarding the entire government and the Federal budget as his possessions to alter or destroy on a whim - and the GOP's willingness to let him - is something that needs to be covered more and more critically.
Major media has failed us. The Fourth Estate is dead. I stopped watching all of it after the election. I cancelled my NYT and WaPo subscriptions. Only independent media now. MSM has bent the knee.
Like every five minutes, on every channel. All day, everyday. This is crazy. I never. Dreamed they’d all be complicit. Democracy is a goner if this continues..
The GOP, or more accurately the hyper-wealthy elite behind them, aren't complicit they're the architects of this. The whole thing tracks back to a SCOTUS decision knows as Citizens United and there were plenty of people who said exactly where it was going to lead when the decision was announced.
