22nd amendment does not allow an individual to be ELECTED to presidency more than twice. Says nothing about serving. Vance runs as President. Trump runs as Vance’s VP. Vance takes oath at noon on January 20, 2029. At 12:05, he resigns and Trump becomes president. Quite simple really.
