Sure I get that but I think its a dumb strategy. US tourists are outnumbered by other OECD tourists. Most Americans get 2 weeks vacation instead of 4, which is the norm in other OECD countries. They will lose far more than they win. As an engineer I used to go to US tech conferences. Not now.
