We have no reason to believe that. He is making content, probably selling alternative therapies. He is smart enough to have monetized the lie and you think he’s too dumb to know it’s a lie?

He genuinely believes something untrue. His repeating it is lying. Conspiracy theorists genuinely believe their untruths.

Maybe? I've come to believe it shouldn't matter to us whether they believe. Because I don't think it matters to THEM. The late moral philosopher Harry Frankfurt used the label "bullshit" (google "On Bullshit"): when truth value is irrelevant, all that matters is persuasion.
