Damn. It seems bittersweet. I'm a fan of Bradley and I was really hoping he'd give the captaincy to Furyk and play, because selfishly I think it would have been awesome to see him play Playing would have been meritorious and seeing him in action and the support of fans super cool I'm a bit bummed

Yeah I mean, he deserved it no doubt. But I think his experience of being left off a team, and understanding that there would be a devastated player who deserved it if he picked himself shows he’s a leader. Instead of putting someone else through that, he fell on the sword. The captain thing to do.
