"Inflaming passions on the ground" is part of the plan. I suspect Pritzker and Brandon Johnson will play this very carefully. They want to avoid giving the president the casus belli he seeks in order to invoke even more extreme measures.

Well, we just have to outnumber and outsmart them like in L.A. and remain peaceful. But yes, they did do that for sure during the Black Lives Matter movement. Their mayhem worked because they're racist and assumed the worst of certain ethnicities. #3E #WeAreAmerican #IndivisibleChicago 💙💪💯
