From Trump by double digits to a Democrat by 11 percentage points. Perhaps The Texas gerrymander won't be quite the slam dunk the GOP is hoping for, and California might net more than five new Democrats.

If the Court allows this, then every GOP-appointed official is fair game once the Dems have the power. When the stakes of the political game get high, however, parties in power often refuse to give up power.

Those were $$ already allocated by the CHIPS act, so essentially, Intel stockholders have just given away 10% of the value of their assets ... more, actually, if the government intervenes politically in ways that harm Intel's bottom line. Glad I had zero shares on Intel in my portfolio.

Didn't we hear the same story about how unskilled migrants would depress wages of native-born unskilled labor? The markets for high skilled and low skilled labor are different, of course, but I can see many channels through which educated foreign labor could increase wages of native born workers.

I don't think I have ever seen a more transparent group of suck-ups in my adult lifetime. They must be playing to an audience of one, because they are surely aware -- at least most of them (Hegseth excluded) -- of how stupid, dishonest and disreputable they look to any American with brainpower.

Let's see, 80% of the US population is urban. So, not only is Stephen Miller full of shit, he has also latched on to what will prove to be en election losing strategy! Very few MAGA-leaning voters are left to be induced into voting. But lots of "normal" Republicans can sit the next election out.

Make it catastrophically scarce nationwide! Next hit the electric grid in major cities, starting with Moscow. You have the tools, and their air defenses are weaker than yours.

I didn't see the lead up where he talks about a "windfall." Later on he says that that's just what Trump is calling it. Sloppy journalism. You don't simply parrot deceptive language and excuse yourself by telling the public that they need interpret "windfall" for themselves.
