I ran out for a few days recently, and life without was even worse than I remembered.

I’m never going back.

I do my best to always remember but I'm terrible at following routine so some day's I do forget and I am reminded I forgot in a very specific and unpleasant way.

I was like I THINK I AM SICK... nope, just low on psyllium.

I now have a spoon and container that stay with my toiletries to make sure I have my Metamucil when I travel.

I have struggled with this, so I need to do the same!

The pre-measured packets are hard to get and expensive compared to the bulk, so I put a twist top container of Metamucil in my bag and it gets me around five days. It’s part of my nighttime routine and cold tap water and one ice cube does the trick.
