I worked as an RN on cancer drug clinical trials. The trial sponsors would definitely care about any response differences that might exist between gender/race/nationality/etc. Inclusion is important—all drugs don’t work the same for all people.

Tapper isn’t really a journalist. He exists to comfort the comfortable and doesn’t want to jeopardize his career by confronting anyone in power.
