The Trump regime literally proposed sending Native Americans to Guantanamo during the birthright citizenship legal battle Trump lawyers argued that Native Americans weren’t US citizens bc they were nationals of other (Native, eg Navajo) nations “outside US jurisdiction, not subject to its laws” 🥴
