How do you deal with this where, anywhere you would go in your chosen profession, you know going in that the majority of people you’re going to encounter are Trumpists?

I’m Irish I don’t have to deal with it. We have a communal “cop on” button. As in grow up/Snap out of it. A Trump is unelectable here because of it. You would be roundly told to fuck off if you were an open racist,rapist and fascist. There’s a real sense of shame and mortification. For good or bad.
