Right? The last rental o had with a 4 cylinder ICE motor was flat out like “whaaaaaaaaAAAAAAA!”…. Looked down and I was going like 35 MPH. Don’t tell me an EV is just as loud. Next thing they will say is there no difference between republicans and democrats….

Seems like a rabbit hole but if noise is the thing you are going to focus on, is the L train in Chicago quiet or loud? Airplanes? Staying home is very quiet. Being a vegan is better than eating meat for the environment. Hoping you have no car & only travel by bike & foot powered by a vegan diet?
I don’t understand the pushback. If a person has a 15 mile commute & kids to pick up, mass transit might not be an option. Driving an EV & eating vegan might easy changes for them that have a big impact. If you can bike & walk to work, great! No need to throw shade on others efforts. Not helpful.
