You read the word “lost” as “gone”; I read it as “didn’t emerge victorious”. Sure he is out of a job, but ultimately will win. I think he will get a major payout and find a good job, AND still bring sunlight to the nefarious action of the Trump administration: win-win-win.

The language he used in his letter "constructive discharge", he's definitely suing. I worked HR for a county, and many lawsuits due to constructive discharge came thru EEOC. Good for him.
