…. for granted. To be ABSOLUTELY CLEAR, no one is trying to argue against hybrid working (it’s so beneficial to parents, carers and disabled people amongst others). However, we do need to do something to mediate the harms being caused to young people. Being aware is a good first step…. (2/3)

I suspect it even influences kids of parents who substantially work from home by putting them off from even finding work, especially when they see a mum or dad largely sitting on their 🍑 because their job is online and they can work practically anywhere.

It's worth looking at the role of the new ASHRAE 241 standard in making in-person workplaces safer. Many have ventilation that's technically "up to code" for when they were built, but that might be 50 years ago. If you want nightmares, send a CO2 monitor to school with your kids...
