That is what strikes are for, to demonstrate they are not appreciative of current benefits.

A worker strike is a lever to help equalize labor and capital. It is not a measure of appreciation for employment.

Yes, as Canada Post is losing millions per year , only fair to pay workers more or perhaps deduct from their pays if Canada Post loses money would be a good approach.

Sounds like operations need some sort of an overhaul, but it's not really supposed to be a profit-making enterprise, right? It is a service that the public demands exist, like police, fire, etc. Interesting that you did not suggest a pay cut for management.

Completely agree that management too should be trimmed, makes no sense that they still get bonuses
