Osborn is indeed a populist with the ability to connect with his audience. The key to the race will be voters outside Omaha and Lincoln, and whether Ricketts' negative ads will be effective. It will be a very expensive race.
First question: What is his plan to fix the wreck the Republicans have made of our federal governmental programs?
