Yes they were such a local band, btw, love the Boston accent too but I really don’t have that accent. When I had finally gotten back from Texas, a guy w/ that accent was yelling at someone…& I felt at home for the 1st time in so long! It was music to my ears!🤣😂

I grew up 20 miles outside of Boston Mass….my team is one of the greatest teams of course….RedSox!🤣😂🤣😂 I saw Yaz’s last game w/ my Dad for my birthday when I was 9 yrs old. We broke that f-ing curse finally🤣 When I say wicked(& I do alot) it’s bc I grew up in Mass…it’s a wicked pissah! 😂🤣😂🤣✊🏻

yes...sister cities for sure...it's funny...i never thought i had a ny accent, but i was at a doctor's visit a coupla weeks ago, and the tech said i sounded like i was from nyc! Golly! i must have the accent then! But glad of it. I ❤️ny!

Yes…um…NY has several accents…Brooklyn is totally different than Bronx, Queens, & Long island! I usually can tell them apart.❤️ My accent is a typical “educated” Mass accent. Like I pronounce all my vowels🤣…but what gives me away are my expressions…wicked, grinder, pie=pizza, that kind of stuff.😁

🤣 TY! i don't follow them anymore...but when i grew up in 60s the Yanks were the best nat'l team...those were the classic player like Mickey Mantle etc...a great era for the Yankees! My Nan didn't live far from Yankee stadium. Grew up seeing it all the time! Classic stuff!
