I'm honestly completely on the fence with this one. On the one hand, Itch IS (at least partly) a victim, but on the other hand, I feel like what people really wanted was clarification about what constituted stuff like "animal content," and they haven't clarified that yet.
the problem is it's not something itch CAN clarify because it will be the payment processor who decides where that line is drawn, not itch.
Also, I admit there's a possibility that Itch can't clarify further even if they DO know more details because payment processors may see those extended clarifications as means of trying to bypass the restrictions. I just couldn't fit all that in my original post.
