seems to me the number 1 idea is to get the US to help them, I don't see any other way this "works" in the long term

at minimum strike the underground nuclear facilities that (from what I've read) they don't have the capability to hit, but imo they would like boots on the ground, could also just be they didn't like the direction of the talks and decided chaos is better than the possibility of a deal
