Both parties are responsible. Tramp started it -- the Biden adminstration continued it. They ended the Bridge program, which provided no-cost Covid shots to those without insurance -- than 40 million people. They declared the pandemic over instead of annoucing it had become endemic.

They stopped requiring employers to pay infected employees to stay home. They let millionaires get away with taking out PPP loans and not repaying them. They ended the mask mandate on public transportation and in government buildings too damn early. I could go on, but you get the idea.
