I feel like the Lava Spider Scorpion was one of the worst things I have encountered in a videogame (on a gameplay level, its design was fine, I was not afraid)

I don't wanna judge it too harshly because I know DMC was a big flagship leader for the ps2 era and all, but it has not quite clicked with me, yet (Devil May Click)

The Lava Spider Scorpion is why I have only ever beaten the game on Easy difficulty. I still like the game, but from what I understand the rest of the series is just as hard, so I've never played them. (I should, though!)
