Thulusdhoo, Maldives. Sunrise Golden Hour at the Bikini Beach. In the frame, hanging between two coconut palms is a swing chair called the ‘bird’s nest swing’ or the ‘coconut swing’. It’s made of woven coconut palm fronds. The sand is golden from the rays of the sun as is the lagoon and the sea beyond the reef. In the background is the resort that’s across the channel. The sky is streaked with dark clouds. Near the horizon it’s tangerine and higher up it’s a dirty golden hue.
