That’s good. I’ve largely stopped driving in the city at night due to flashing (STROBING) bike lights. It’s left me with such vision disruption after exposure to strobe that I can’t see enough. Stopping on narrow city streets and let cars behind honk is no fun. But hitting someone would be worse.
