And migraines and it also triggers atrial fibrillation. I am on a tear about these strobe lights. It affects pedestrians too. And other bicyclists. But also: can create spots in vision. Sure that driver saw that one source of strobe. Then cannot see 10 moving objects AFTER etc.
Thatās good. Iāve largely stopped driving in the city at night due to flashing (STROBING) bike lights. Itās left me with such vision disruption after exposure to strobe that I canāt see enough. Stopping on narrow city streets and let cars behind honk is no fun. But hitting someone would be worse.
Issues: Anyone sensitive to flashing lights would be highly unlikely to volunteer as one of these 32. I donāt see differentiation of red v white lights. Most important: do esp. flashing create blind spots subsequent to the one cyclist, after? Lastly, flashing -> migraines, seizures, afib =danger too
