I'll never understand how people just completely lose their ability to think like this. It is very reasonable to be angry at those Democratic Senators who wouldn't support Adeel Mangi, whoever they are. But it is insane to claim that this resulted in Bove becoming an appellate judge.

If Mangi were a judge, there would be one fewer vacancy for Trump to fill. Understand at this point you've dedicated half a dozen comments to that there is no difference between Bove replacing Mangi and Bove replacing a different Trump appointee.
