Oligarchs want you to forget that part of living a worthwhile life is in engagement with the mundane. In participation in your surroundings and others' lives. They want you to outsource being at home, being a parent, being a friend, being a PERSON, to robots and AI, until nothing is left of you.
They want the only thing you derive any meaning from to be your poverty-wage, company-town, safety-unregulated nightmare job you can't escape without being thrown onto the street and then disappeared to a corporate-owned labour camp. "Work Will Set You Free."
I like washing my dishes, sewing my clothes and cleaning things that make up my home. The only issue is when I am so assed out from selling my 8hrs a day, that these happy little tasks become "chores"
