I know that. But limiting to CECOT only seems potentially problematic, because if they move the named plaintiffs to another prison (or if they have already - we just don’t know) they’d no longer be representative of the proposed subclass.

Standing is determined at the time of suit. Moving doesn't change that.

Right I forgot that. My point is that it’s a black hole of information and we don’t actually know if everyone sent there, including the named plaintiffs, are still in CECOT now. We still don’t even have the names of everyone sent there. Description by location struck me as odd given the lack of info
