2/ My organization, American Mobilization Project, is funding and working with @ProtectOurCare to build this tool tool that tracks the damage done to health care centers in real time. Every time a hospital closes or is at risk of closing because of the GOP bill, we'll know.
3/ When your local hospital eliminates its maternity delivery unit, or your parent’s nursing home closes, you should know why. It's the direct result of a choice that Republicans and Trump made to choose tax cuts for the rich over health care for normal Americans.
4/ The consequence of that choice? Well, here are just some of the numbers: - 17M Americans will lose their health care - Over 330 hospitals at immediate risk of closing or scaling back services - 750 hospitals at risk of of closing in the years to come
5/ There are two ways you can use this tool. The first is to follow @HospitalsCrisis on twitter. Every time the tracker updates, the account will tweet. We also built a map to search for hospitals and health centers that are impacted in your community.
6/ We have a big fight coming up in September as we debate the federal budget. It's a chance for us to mobilize and demand Republicans fix the health care crisis they created before it rips communities' health care systems to pieces.
The only way any of this happens is if Dems come together far before that as one voice and not male performative individualism. In other words, we’ll lose again. The marketing of R failure needs coordination and $$. I’ve seen none of that.
Do you know when the changes to HHS re: the public benefit rules are going to go into effect? The consequences of that should be immediate, but I don't think Kennedy can undrive his car off of this bridge (I know, different Kennedy). People are gonna die because of it. Right away, I think.
I think it is fine to post this on Twitter since so many fro thr right are there and need to see it. But can I suggest having it here too because many of us left Twitter and would like this information. Maybe also post on Threads and flood the zone

You’re doing a great job- Republicans can’t stop harping on “you’re only doing it for political gain/presidential run/ reelection.” But you keep repeating the right message- it’s only about saving democracy, so we can have future elections. MAGA-Republicans have no real response to that. Great PAC!
