Standard Swedish: sausage on a bun, ketchup and mustard. Best Swedish: flatbread wrapped, double grilled brats, mashed potato, "boston style" cucumber relish. "Tunnbrödsrulle". Sometimes adds salad and/or prawn mayo. There are innumerable local variations on both. "Korv med bröd" is a big deal.
